  1. Here goes another. I have played with the search function and have tried what I can find. Currently, it is lighting up, but it does not always. The gauges do not work. Everything else works (lights, windows, top. audio, fuel cap, HVAC) except the powered boot switch.

It is on a brand-new battery (days old). It has not been jump-started. I have checked the fuses in the boot. I have power cycled it using the battery kill switch.

Are there any other fuses I should check. Is there anything else obvious that I have missed?

The boot switch circuit actually goes through the instrument cluster (if you didn't already know), so it does look more and more like a fried cluster.

Fuses AF9 and AF15 provide power to the cluster. AF15 also provides power to the interior light timer and airbag system. No relays are involved. I'm not sure that anything would power up with either power sources missing (?)... Maybe you could try pulling the fuses one at a time to see if this is the case?

Has the cluster been disturbed recently? I guess before you decide to send the cluster away for repair, you could make sure that the 4 plugs on the back are secure.

    Good luck!

  4. I'm assuming the cluster is fried. I'll reach out to Francorchamps tomorrow.

I have spare cluster if you end up needing one.
