Could use some advice. I see the battery kill switch screw but don't know if I should remove it, or just loosen it. Preparing to pull a spark plug on my 20k mileage 2008 F430. Removed the left panel but need to kill the battery before I continue. I know that the bonnet and door s/b open and all electrical devices shut down.
Took a chance and while I saw an image suggesting I turn the screw clockwise, a half turn counter clockwise did it. Door open, bonnet and engine bay open, panels pulled. A spark plug looked OK but for all this trouble spending $118 for new seemed like a good move. Plus I can document spark plug replacement. Image Unavailable, Please Login
