+1 to where's the stripe? Everything looks pretty good except those wheels, more specifically the tires. The sidewalls seem huge.

Likely to need a clutch, unless already replaced, with that mileage...

The wheels are a major deduct in my mind. A set of originals will cost around 5K new. You can have a dealer do a read out on clutch wear.

The F430 has proven very reliable as far as modern Ferrari's go. You'll probably hear most concerns regarding the headers.

Evo magazine had a great write up parts/prices as the F430 was featured in their used car buying guide. Surely worth picking up or finding online if you can. They basically called it the first 'bomb proof' Ferrari. It just works.

As for the much maligned header stories, I was told by my dealer that it can usually be traced to a worn/broken transmission mount. Apparently when the mount/transmission is allowed to move around more than it should it puts more vibration and stress on the exhaust mounts. When the exhaust brackets break there is less support for the headers and in time the stress and vibration will cause them to crack. My car has previously had the all of the aforementioned items replaced (in addition to the muffler itself) and it's been many miles of trouble free motoring since.

    Buy the 430 and drive!

Don't understand how they constantly get re-listed. Funny is a moderator who places the links to help the OP.
Who's responsibility it is to remove Sold or no longer for sale ads?????
I think should be the seller unless they like to be bothered !!

Indeed. Why doesn't the ad get removed after sale by the seller? I can understand if a dealer bc that's a lead, but not an individual.
