    I texted a bunch of you guys yesterday about this, but F430 pricing will be announced at 11a or so today. I'll book down there and get some info and post it ASAP.

    Rumour has it: $165,000.00 for the base car.

    Assume that would be for the manual E? My understanding is that current pricing on the 2004 coupes is:

    - Manual - $154K.
    - F-1 - $164K.

    Would be a nice jump (7%) from the current manual pricing if this were true.

    Look forward to getting the update.

    you mean that the sticker price of a 360 and 430 is only $4k-$5K difference. hope so but very hard to believe. my guess is $180K for 6 speed.

    i have a feeling ferrari could sticker them at $40,000 the first year and the market with still sell them $200,000-$210,000. Look at the ford GT stickers @ $150,000 sells for....$200,000-$250,000

    I went into my Ferrari dealer to get my name on the list for a new 430; one of the sales guys told me. Nothing is being produced in January for the american line. He claims the rumor is that the 430 is having crash test problems w/ the US DOT. Has anyone heard this ??

    yes i heard that there has been a delay in production with the f430 in general due to some problems but was not aware it was only for the US. The orders that were put in October and NOvember have not started to be build yet as of last week.

    Ok, so Ferrari did NOT announce F430 pricing today.

    So bummed.

    HOWEVER, the awesome Superamerica (which looks great in the new dark grey) is $305,000.00

    I never got to see the red car with the black roof, but the pics made a "lukewarm" impression on me The "Grigio Silverstone" looks unbelievable.

    - The roof moves really quickly

    - The adjustable transparency is so trick

    - The visibility is not that bad out the back

    - The curved glass does not distort your vision through the back

    - The trunk can hold a golf bag

    It's way, way, way cool...
