    Hello to all,
I have a friend who has many parts that he has offered to me for sale, notibaly a F430 rear bumper with the challenge option, painted in a colour of choice. Now it is of no use to me as one of my F430 has this option, one does not but I am trading it in soon. So, I thought of you people on here. It is an expensive item to retro fit, near £7000 (GBP) I belive, and it has been offered to me at offers around the £2000 mark, painted! I expect this means shipped within the UK, but I am fully aware that the british population on this forum is significantly the minority, so I would imagine it could be shipped anywhere at your cost.

If interested PM me, and in advance, I do apologise if this is nat the appropriate place to advertise, although the only benefit I gain is by helping out my friend, and the purchacer, I have no financial gain.

Much apprecieated, I also forgot to mention, it is a parking sensor bumper, although if you require it not to be, the bodyshop can fill the existing holes.

How could I post this in the FerrariAds.com section? Do I have to subscribe? I have been trying to establish how to post an advert, and frankly I am at a dead end.

FNA sent me two parking sensor bumpers with carbon fiber insert (one after the other was returned) that were mislabeled as non-parking sensor bumpers. The bodyshop told me that, although it could fill the holes, they would never look correct after the intense engine heat would heat the bumper. It further stated that one would not even need a keen attention to detail to see where the holes were. For those reasons, I waited two months for the proper bumper to arrive, which it did, last week. Also because of that explanation provided to me, I created this post as a caveat to others to do their due diligence.

or you could just have the sensors there even if they aren't wired.

I highly doubt many Ferrari owners would consider this option.

What I seem to find, time and time again, is people, although being helpful, not considering alternative techniques and preventative measures being used. For example, I have had one particular question time after time, how can you gurantee the bumper will not get damaged in transit? Well, honestly, nobody can, but great care and preventative measures can be taken, if the bumper arrives damaged, we will work to resolve it.
The filler issue. I have asked the question, it had been explained to me that infact while the engine does create massive heat, it is nowhere enough to affect the filled area, and any good bodyshop can gurantee the filled areas would never be seen.

But hey, you know what? It does not matter, the sellers aim was to make the purchace as pain free as possible, arranging it to be painted, offering as many alternate options as possible, lets forget it, as some people wish to make things as complicated as humanly possible, I dont need the hassle, so the bumper it being offered unpainted in primer, with parking sensor holes at a discounted rate of £1500 sterling, I am personally putting £500 towards the cost of the bumper so this price is possible. Too good to be true? Who cares, thats the price, like it and buy it, or leave it.

Best and a happy day to all
