F430 rear lights... lightbulbs or LEDs?

I was wondering if anybody knows if the rear lights on the F430 are made of light bulbs or LEDs. Light bulbs are used on older cars and pretty soon, all car manufacturers will use LEDs because they are brighter, cheaper, and last longer than light bulbs. If you do not know what I'm talking about, refer to the rear lights of a 2005 BMW M3 and compare it with a pre 2005 BMW M3, and you will know what I'm talking about. Thanks for the input!
