F430 rear main seal

it is leaking, most likely result of prior owner letting car sit with little use, but in any case have two questions:
is this a common 430 issue (about 12k miles on this one);
and, what $ should I be expecting for a dealer to do the repair? will probably have clutch replaced, just because have back of car torn apart anyway, although only 50% wear.
