Unfortunately, I’m back here again… I just replaced the hydraulic lines and blood the car and it’s been working great. This morning while driving in third gear approximately 30 miles an hour, when I went to give it more gas, it started revving. I came to a stop and when I started to accelerate its beeping loudly (same when you take off your seat belt). There are no lights on, nothing coming on the dash.

I don't think there is enough information here. The first thing that comes to mind is you need a new clutch. But, there is more to this story I think.

That means nothing unless you can give some history of .. year, model, mileage, what service was done, by whom, how old is the clutch, what was done right before this and how was it done. My clutch reading was 50% remaining but ... the actual thickness of the clutch plate was below minimum.

That number means nothing without a lot of context.

OK, how do you drive it? aggressively? Do you have a steep long driveway you back up all the time? Did anyone mess around with the Clutch From New Value?

24,000 miles on a 430 F1 is probably about right for a clutch.

Defiantly sounds like new clutch time. But I will say 24k miles is a bit early. I have a one owner scud with 70k on it,,mostly hard track time its currenlty showing 50%. Gearbox has never been out of the car since put together by the factory.

Subject car may have had a hard life

Assuming the clutch reading is 89% worn, its time for a clutch.

    If the reading are correct
.which of course is questionable..is only 5.5.precent worn

Anyone could change the position from new and throw the whole calculation off .

A visual inspection can identify a worn clutch
