    Has your top recently been replaced? There's a turnbuckle adjustment that will push those down. But it's important to know if anything changed recently as they don't usually pop up like that on their own unless something else is not working correctly.

    No, my car was storaged for the winter sleep and recently i have opened roof few times to check if all is working, after that i noticed that there is a gap

    Check the cable underneath the buttress with the roof in the mid way position. Perhaps the cable has snapped.

    all seems to be fine. Cables was changed 1 year ago, used car maybe 2 times after that only

    The large silver turnbuckle with the clear heatshrink on it is was controls how far down the buttress gets pushed. However, I'm inclined to believe something else happened as that wouldn't turn loose on its own. Maybe a cable mount broke off or a piece is bent. It would very rarely affect both of them at the same time.

    What i dont like is that i can pull so much of this cable and its not going back even if i operate the roof. On the other side its not pulling that much

    That's likely your culprit then. The other side has likely broken free of the mount. Trace it to the end of the cable

    That is far too much slack.
