F430 Spider, anyone knows it?

Searching for a spider for a while now, and found this one. The miles isnt an issue for me, but would like all you opinion for the price, the dealer currently offering 99k for the car. Please give me suggestion on the pricing and what should be aware of. thanks everyone.
