    Hi my friends.
My 05 F430 spider started to lose energy few weeks ago! I bought a new battery, and even
with energy master key off, in 1 week, I couldn t start it Today! So I used the battery charger (OEM) for 3 hours and the car started as normal! But also start a sound like a piiiiiiii (LoL) in engine compartment (next to the cabin).
My roof / capote is not working by a hidraulic problem. The sound could be the alternator? Or maybe de roof central motor?
    Thank you guys

Some F430 owners have reported that not all electrical systems are disabled with the battery cutoff switch. It's always best to leave the car on a trickle charger. If you look at the battery terminals in the passenger footwell, see if there is any additional wiring on the earth terminals.

The centre post wiring harness should go to the cutoff switch. The others may not.

It's unlikely that it's the roof motor (unless you were using the roof switch). Can you use a stethoscope or hosepipe to locate the source of the sound?
