    All- it appears my 430 is sold. I am now in the market to upgrade and roll funds into another car.

    I am struggling with my decision. Those who have had both, which one and why?

    My budget will allow for a coupe only in the 458.
    Although I really enjoyed the 430 Spider(have considered a LP550-2). Essentially checking off The Bucket List!

    V12 or 458?

    mountainous terrain where I live- the 430 performed wonderfully….

    It's really very hard to argue against going into a 458 (any variation) if it's in your budget at all.

    The significance of the model, not to mention you'd be hard pressed to find a single person with anything truly negative to say about the driving experience...458 all the way. It's a car you could put miles on and still not lose money in the future. The mountainous roads you enjoyed the 430 on will bring a whole new level of fun with in a 458. Which, for that kind of driving specifically I think would be a lot better than the 599, respectfully.

    But then there is the pull of that NA V12...

    Decisions.

    Agreed! Coming from muscle cars/big blocks in years past, there is something alluring about a V12! Thanks for the insight!

    458 is THE canyon carver and the 599 is a large car. Even though i own and cherish my 599, the honest opinion for you would be "get the 458."

    But if checking things off the bucket list...gotta have a proper ferrari Enzo derived v12!!!!
