When driving with the top up, above 50 mph or so, I get a good wind noise from the side of the front window (straight side running up against top). Get going any faster, I feel a breeze coming in from that area as well. When up and door shut, that side of the glass runs up against a felt type trim piece generating the seal. I can only guess that over the years, this trim looses its ability to create a good seal.

    Thoughts?

people say you can adjust the window to try to get a better seal, but one shop told me its really hit or miss, a lot of trial & error

I'm experiencing the same problem with my F430. I've noticed that the felt on that seal has worn off over the years and I can feel the air coming in around 40 mph. I'm not sure whether or not that seal can be replaced without replacing the entire weather stripping.

Assuming the seals are fully pushed home and the hood seals are in alignment when closed, I'll wager the window is out of adjustment. Mine were on both Spiders's I owned. It's a case of removing the door card and fiddling around with the window glass and runner.

Mine were out in two planes.
