and btw i re-watched the 430 skit when clarkson did the review on top gear...made me want to go drive my 430!

 

You're attacking the wrong person. Rob stays out of the day-day moderation decisions. Yes, he sets the policy, such as "no trolling", "no flaming", and "no stalking" but he doesn't decide what those actually are, the moderators do. The moderators moderate based on what we would like to see as users and in reference to our own judgement regarding what seems to be fair. Rob has actually been very hands off regarding that and has frequently chosen to lose sponsors or advertisers if that's the outcome in backing up moderator decisions.

You chose to criticize a seller for posting MSRP prices, which he states he is required to do by his reseller's agreement and when advised of that, you continued on his case rather than letting it go. This is a community, made up of users, subscribers, and sponsors; each segment deserves a say but also freedom from unwarranted harrassment. No one segment trumps the other segment. Sometimes that means separating topics into separate threads. In this case one thread is "I have exhausts to sell" and another is "I wish Vivid would post actual selling prices not MSRP even if his agreement says otherwise".

You may have perfectly legitimate complaints about Vivid Racing and Fabspeed, but you also have a poor sense of where to post your complaints and, as with your charges against Rob and possibly Vivid, sometimes you're just wrong and don't know when to move on. No one's censoring you in general, but the TOS specifies that we can move or delete posts or threads that are in the wrong place or inappropriate in context. You're having your say in this thread, aren't you? You can continue to do so if you keep it here and not convey it all over the board in some misguided vendetta.

 

I do not scam anyone, and I do not charge anyone MSRP. As I've stated previously on several occasions, the MSRP (Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price) is set by Kline.

I've never overcharged a single member of Ferrarichat. You're making assumptions and unsubstantiated claims.

What you're also failing to realize is your erroneous posts are negatively affecting the relationship that we have with Kline. As someone who claims to hold Kline in high regard, I fail to see how you justify trying to harm the business relationship they share with one of their largest distributors.

This industry functions on MAP. Minimum advertised price. We are required to post a specific price publicly while working magic behind the scenes. This isn’t a ploy or a scam. I’m always transparent with all of my clients. This is something you would know if you were my client. We don’t control the industry. But I do control how I function within it. If you’ve had bad experiences elsewhere and want to vent on those, I certainly understand. You’ve never done business with us, and you’ve developed your opinion on us based on experiences had elsewhere. You like Kline. We like Kline. Your fight isn’t with us. Stop making assumptions. We’re the good guy.
