F430 standard seat reupholstery

Hi guys,

I am looking to reupholster my F430's standard manual-adjust seats (black leather, red stitching).

My local upholsterers don't seem to have the skill, however I would be happy to order pre-made covers and then simply have the covers fitted here.

Does anybody know of a good shop who make replacement covers? I recall a specialist being mentioned, but can't for the life of me remember the name.
