I believe the Corsa's are softer with less tread depth and developed for more track orientated cars, CS, Scuderia and 16M all have Rosso Corsa tyres as standard.

I expect some guys on here have tried Corsa tyres on a regular F car and I'm sure many more will have tried other brands - sure they will chip in.

I kept the regular Pirelli Rosso's on my 430.

I went through two sets of Pirellis which I like but they wear quickly. Currently I have PS2s which are obvioulsy going to last longer. From the driver's seat, I can't tell the difference. The corsas are stickier but will wear very fast and they cost a lot more. Michelin has a replacement for the PS2 coming out now that sounds great if Michelin's claims are true. There are cheaper brands which should last longer at the expense of some performance.

There is a new Pirelli PZero that is a different tire from the Rossos and much improved. Handling about the same as the Rossos and much better wear.

The Corsas are really sticky and fitted to factory hot rods like the 575M HGTC, CS, Scud/16M and 599 HGTE. Michelin equivalent tires are the Sport Cups fitted to things like Viper ACRs. They wear very quickly, though, and will last about half the life of the PZeros and Michelin PS2s. Both of the latter are very good choices, but if you want ultimate performance, the Corsas will provide it.
