F430 Wheel mode select issue

Just acquired a F430 F1. No manuals, loose equip, etc. Last owner was not an enthusieist. Just bought drove and handed it off to different family members. Car is in a condition that is fair to poor because of this.

Question One- Moved it out of sport mode and the light show began. Indication on the instrument panel just blinks with several different mode indicators. Returned it to sport and condition still the same. Gets into gear etc ok, but lights are still going crazy. I read about e-diff sol., etc. Any thoughts.

Question Two- Where can I find what loose equip that came with the car from Ferrari.

Question Three- Tire wear. How long do the rear tired last? What kind of tires do you all recommend besides the Goodyears? Thank you.
