The Kreissieg is superb, and in the car at that. I can only imagine how it sounds outside.

    Thanks for the link,

Have you had any CEL problems with it yet?

I have the same setup Kreissieg with Racing cat option on my 430 and I did had the CEL problem for about 200 miles, then it simply went away afterwards, seems like the car requires a little bit of adjustment for the new free-flow setting. I love the incredible sound and performance this system has brought to my car.

My buddy also owns 430 with kreissieg and appears that his did not have any problem from the begining..kinda funny.. may be it is all depending on the particulars. Sum up - an excellent product~!

I can easily turn the CEL off by turning the kill switch and opening and closing the fuel cap. Anyway the CEL coming on is not much of a problem,
it seems (according to the F dealer here) but still is somewhat annoying.

I just sold my F355 but felt like I should have sold the F430. Just the emotional thing I guess. I owned it for 8 years so.............

I agree. And I also love the feature of on/off mode switch. When I am on a track, my car sounds nothing like any other 430s, incredible is what everyone has to say. And while I am on my neighborhood, I can be quite down as much as stock or even quiter. Pricy but worth every penny. Beautiful craftmanship.

That is one of the most biased statements I have seen in a long time. Sorry this thread is not about the MS racing exhaust

"Ahh, I see the reason for the price difference," said the blind man. LOL.

Yes, that would definitely be worth $4K over a Tubi without that option.

    Forza,

A friend of mine in Hiroshima has a same set up on his F430 but CEL never came on. According to the Ferrari dealer here, CEL comes on in several F430 with stock exhaust system (non-modified). Their conclusion was, that the Kreissieg exhaust system may not be the cause of CEL turning on and should not harm the engine.

As far as the price goes, I bought the whole system for 87K, which is 2.5K cheaper than in the US so no complaints. TUBI should cost about the same here.

I'm usually the last to say something like this, but I think it is worth it.

I had the Tubi GTC exhaust on my F430 and it sounded like absolute, absolute crap. Like a Honda with a fart can -- constant drone...everyone who got in the car hated it. Then one of the tips FELL off. Just cracked and fell off. The mechanic who looked at it said the Tubi had the worst welds he's ever seen on an exhaust.

Tubi was pure brilliance on the 355, pretty phenominal on the 360, and for whatever reason, total crap on the F430.

Kreissieg is the way to go from what I've seen....(and costs about $6500 from the right dealer vs. Tubi's $4k...so it's not so far away...)
