    Yes, titanium is ideal. You're correct, it was cost prohibitive but I am still thinking of just making 2 for the rear where it makes the most difference. I think I've found cheaper option. I just have to get my machinist agree to produce them.:)

    Titanium tends to be rough on tools, so hopefully your machinist has a sense of humor. No worse than a good knife steel, though.
