    I have a ferrari f458 2011 8800 miles. New owner- have some questions I hope to get answered here. I was told that the vehicle was thoroughly serviced(oil change inspection etc 1000 miles ago in April. I test drove it and everything was fine. Then the service wrench appeared after I drove the car off the lot. I occasionally hear clicking/rattling noises from the front of the car. I asked my buddy (who has 2 f430s )before I took delivery of I needed to get the extended warranty. He said no. I just want to get some insight into this before I take it to boardwalk and get asked to perform every service under the sun. Were Lamborghini folks unable to reset the service button because they didn't have the f458 software even though they did the routine maintenance or am I looking at something else?

    I would appreciate any help/suggestions.

    Congrats on your 458!

    I would start by confirming what was actually done for it's annual service ( It's more than an " oil change " )

    Clicking and Rattling noise would be something we would need to have the car here to help diagnose. I will schedule a tech to ride with you, if you can point out the noise(s) you are hearing.

    Depending on the delivery date of your car it may still have some factory warranty left. Did you purchase the Ferrari CPO warranty or another aftermarket policy?

    The Lamborghini folks do not have the factory equipment or training , which may explain why the service light was not reset.

    also the wrench light will come on if the oil change/maintenance is performed outside of the car computer date scheduled maintenance parameters and it cannot be reset until the car meets those parameters.
