hmmm..I would be pissed if i owned one of the cars parked. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rb8yTmz784M&feature=related http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fQUz8zk06d8&feature=related
Yep. In that first video, the owner of that red F430 Spider probably nearly had a heart attack around 0:15
Notice fumble-foot killed it after the doughnut. Not noticed by the cheering throng, though. Thing sure sounded mean. Taz Terry Phillips
He obviously has a lot of seat time in it. In the second video he stopped it pretty quickly when he was about to lose it. Still very stupid though.
Not impressed at all. I'm sure the owners of the surrounding parked cars weren't the ones cheering- I think I'd have a few words with that ****** if the car I worked years for was endangered by his moronic antics.
Wow, very foolish driving, thankfully luck was on his side. Literally a fraction of a second away from taking out multiple cars or people.
Very foolish driving indeed. Could have ended very badly. Couldn't he find a better place to exhibit his doughnuts-making skills...without endangering other people's property? Nice F50 though...
Give the guy credit . . . he pulled off a 360 around a boat-load of expensive cars. He showed carelessness, of course--but he pulled it off. And, if he had hit another car, I am sure he could write a check. I do think it was irresponsible, but when the guy gets it done, give him his due.
Does anyone know who was driving? Risky maybe for some, but it looks to me like he had the situation way under control. It only appears risky if you can't drive. Most who can whip a car like this would probably not have choosen that location, but he still pulled it off. No harm.
Its all in who is actually drive the car. If its some Joe Schmoe of the streets with some money I would be pissed.. but if it was a well known professional racer then I would have less of a problem. Hell, if it was Schumy and he hit my car while doing donuts it might go up in value.
I would figure the guy who could afford the F50 in his garage could afford a new 458 for me when he took out my 355.
S**t happens even when the odds are heavily in your favor. Senna - arguably the best to ever drive a F1 car - never intended to lose his life that day. Even if this guy was a professional driver there were way too many things that could have gone wrong. Imagine if some kid decided to step out from behind the F430 to get a better picture just before he did the donut. There would have been very little time for either to react. On the flip side I'm sure most (maybe not the owners of the other cars) enjoyed it. Cool video and even cooler looking F50 in yellow!
Sacré Maxi... vice president of Ferrari club of Spain. He drove all Fcars since 20 years ago, one of is favorite is the F40. A far i as know he drove a F40LM to 360km/h ! Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Around one month ago I saw a guy doing 3-4 consecutive doughnuts in a parking lot full of Ferraris with his F40 Competizione. As I saw him starting, I thought he would crash because there was just enough room for his car and if he made one small mistake he would hit another car. I must admit that, even if in my opinion it wasn't a very intelligent thing to do, I was greatly impressed. Well, when I heard who he was, I understood why he had that skill at the wheel of his F40... He raced his car in the early 90s in the Italian Supercars Championship and even won a race at the Mugello racetrack. Not the average F40 owner... Too bad I didn't have a camera to film him.
How about the gravel, dirt and crap sprayed on the parked cars? We've seen cars repainted for less stupidity. Uncool in my opinion.
