Tell them that you're ready to send a deposit. Ask for their wire transfer instructions. Then send the bank account info to the FBI and explain that the account holder is engaged in a fraudulent scam.

These days people have cell phones from all over the country. The photos were taken and the company is in Spring Creek NV just outside Elko.

Don't you love treads like this? You can come on here complete hidden behind your keyboard with a made up name and throw dirt on people because the deal

did not go your way. If you make accusations you should come on here and say " Hi this is my name and I am from so and so and this is my problem" but no you

would not do that because you do not want that people can come back at you in case you made up a false story or twisted it your way. You saying there were 7

people involved, wow 1 in Germany, 4 in the UK and 2 in the US, and they all had contact with you. That is like fraud on steroids. OK, then you said the supposed

owner was a very friendly guy but you had no problem to put out his phone number and full name ( unlike yours) just to destroy his reputation. You are also pissed

of that he did not show you his ID Passport or whatever. Sure if a stranger contacts me and ask me for my ID I send it right over every time. NOBODY in his

right mind would do that! You probably would posted right here as well! My conclusion: The story is probably slightly different then in reality and with slightly I mean

a lot and you are just butt hurt that it did not go your way. Next time grow some balls and say who you are before you throw dirt on someone, at least they can

throw it right back at you. I hate hidden keyboard heroes!

    Hahaha funny guy.
I have no problem about giving my name or details here. Check out website [*** website deleted ***]

As the add was removed by autoscout and mobile.de and the so called 'owner' doesnt answer anymore im pretty sure I right about my story.

But you are always welcome to prove me wrong. In that case, I would still buy the car.

    Good luck with that...

So, Mr. "Ruetz", what was your full and real name again? And you said you live in?
Seems I overlooked all this. At least I could not find it anywhere.
What prevented you from posting in the first four years?

    Question. Who is "You"?

Just so you know, nothing you say here or they way you say it makes you sound more legitimate.

For what its worth I am not a hidden keyboard hero (or even a hidden exotic car broker) and you're welcome to come by and talk face to face if it makes you feel better.

    Dear Mr. Ruetz,

Would you take less than $10,000, to see the car ?

    Perhaps $8,999

Hahaha so funny a scammer lol, that is why Ferrari Chat should only allow people who come here and list names addresses and phone numbers of companies or private persons and throw dirt on them without knowing the truth, reveal them self with a full name address and phone number so that in case these people are wrong, they can be hold accountable by other in a legal way. That was my point from the beginning without saying it.I am back to only reading now but lol a scammer tries to reveal a scammer, hilarious!

There are numerous examples of good/good, bad/good and bad/bad users contesting with each other on this site. We don't take sides and it's not necessary to post a name and address to complain about or question a business or user. There are plenty of real buyers or sellers that value their privacy and we support that. In the event of a false allegation that requires legal action, an aggrieved party may bring suit and submit a request to the site for identifying information via due process per our rules and in compliance with legal authority.
