I saw one done of an Enzo a while back but haven't seen anything like it on the F50. I finally got the chance to photograph one outside here in sunny Southern California at a local event. Thought I'd share them for all the other F50 lovers. Hope you enjoy them...

Thanks everyone. I think I might try for the same type of photostudy idea of F40 and Enzo. I might try and visit local dealerships with them on my free weekends.

That's right - the F50 is one of Dick Marconi's cars. He has 2 red F50s - he displays one with roof on/one with it off at his museum (a really amazing place).

Gary - I have 15-20 shots of the blue FX (also owned by Mr. Marconi - bought from the Sultan). I'll start a thread on that tonight/tomorrow night. I've seen it at the museum but the sound on it is amazing!

Jerry - nice meeting you too. Hope I wasn't rude cutting short - my wife was waiting patiently while I took photos (she's not quite as interested in cars as I am).

Nothing is more perfect than the F50! With those angles you can really see how beautiful and effective the body lines are!

    Excellent photography!!

Thanks for sharing, that must have been a lot of fun to take all those pictures. That car is in incredible condition, and I really like the detail shots.

Hi Paul - Yes, that is mine - Glad you like it as much as I do. :) I really like the pic with the F50 and FX in the background. Too cool.

Can't wait to show you the Pocher TR I am painting the same color.... I suck at painting so it takes me a while to get it right... Hope to have it done within the next month (I am also doing the seats in leather instead of the plastic).

I hear you - I'm a mess. Even stripped the blue paint off some parts because I didn't like the result.... So definitely taking my time - It's already been a month or so, lol.

    Thanks for the compliment Greg!

Yeah. I really like the lines of the F50 - a lot of complex curves you don't see on any other car. (at least to my uneducated eye)

Greg G - Sharp eye... They display them with the nose up at the museum too (too bad). It's less noticeable on grass than on shiny sealed cement floor though. I took a bunch of shots one day at the museum and noticed the lift when I got home. I knew the Enzo had that system but I didn't know the F50 did until then.

Frank - Nice shots. I really like that engine through the mesh at an angle shot! I couldn't take a few angles I wanted because of harsh lighting/reflections. I've used a polarizing filter to get rid of reflections on water and off of metal but this time I had to use it to deepen the red to actual - the harsh light made some shots I took without a filter look orange.
