Thanks for posting! That sounded so nice! There is another video of an F50 drifting through a road course with a Tubi at TubiStyleJapan.com

Very good video, you should check it out.

To all those listening I felt I had to register and make my point. I filmed the F50 video that everyone is talking about (and yes I am the geek making all the noise) and Tubi/Scuderia are using this WITHOUT my permission even though I have already asked them to cease and desist with their current course of action. I find their attitude so far unacceptable in the highest.

Professionals use written contracts to secure their rights. People who do not do so run the risk of being labelled as amateurs. Perhaps worse than that, people will think they are shills put in place to bad mouth the competition.

And while it may seem cool and manly that you have asked them to "Cease and Desist" their current course of action, did you think for a moment to use a court of law to add a little bit of thrust to your argument?

Of course not, and this is what seperates the men from the boys.

And besides, the video is 15 seconds of 12 pixels dancing around with mono sound.

Hardly anything worth bragging about, much less *****ing about.

If it is that important to you then send them another C&D or notice of intent to sue. If they don't comply then sue them. If it's worth your time. And learn for future reference: watermark any videos you put online with your logo or domain or whatever it is you want to promote.
