    Guys.

A friend of mine have just bought a F512M, the only one in Norway BTW. :)
He asked me if I knew (from the s/n) which car in line (of 500) his was.
I couldnt help him, since I'm not sure how you read a s/n, but if anyone
of YOU happens to know how/if it's possible to see (circa) what number in production line this car is, please let me know.
    His s/n: ZFFVA40B000101314

    Cheers.

101742 was first UK RHD car so I would guess your friend's is very early

    Paul,

Edvar van daalen has an F512M register on his website: www.red-headed.com. Edvar himself is away at the moment.

It is 106th on Edvar's list of cars, but Edvar's list only has about 300 or the 501 made. So, unless you know of all the other cars, that is a bit misleading.

True and most of Edvars list is missing later cars, Sorry if I was misleading and my register concentrates mostly on the US Cars thus the "approximately" I added to my post.

My friend's car was first time regged in March '96.

He also asked me if I knew where he could get seatcovers for his carbon seats (I assume carbon seats are standard on the F512M?!?)

    any ideas gents???

    Cheers ;)

They weren't the ONLY options - Scuderia Ferrari wing shields and a full luggage set were also options, as was a race harness to go with the Sports Seats and a Fire Extinguisher, all at the time of launch.
