    Or 215096. In any case one of the four painted Blu Nart 523.

    California makes it very easy to track down a vehicle owner from the license plate number, you can go online and pay the $24 fee and they tell you everything you want to know, if it's registered to a LLC or Corp then you'll just have to pull the Cali LLC / Corp online logs and see who that is. Easy...

    Yes it is and why I use anonymous Corps for everything I do and own, but the DMV also logs the persons data who ordered the report, this can be used against people in stalking cases.

    You'd think... I think what your refer to is for internet companies who collect data and sell it without your permission.

    Apparently the state of Cali needs no permission :)

    just do a internet search :)

    California Vehicle Code (CVC) §1808 and the Public Records Act (Government Code §6253 et seq.) provide that information collected by DMV is generally considered public information and is subject to inspection by the public.
