Hi All. Looking for an answer from anyone who has an F8 in respects to the lofi stock audio systems. I’m looking to get some gear but wanted to check from owners who have done an audio upgrade on two things. 1. Is there a 3” speaker in each of the rear pillars or two in the dash? 2. Has anyone fabricated or designed a bracket for the amp install behind the battery? Any advice from anyone who has been through this install on an F8 would be appreciated. Need my music to be hitting hard since the car is so quiet otherwise Appreciate any help here. Thanks
Here is a car audio shop in the Midwest that I have worked with on several Ferraris, outfitting an F8. They fabricated a simple bracket to mount the amplifier behind the glove box. They are using my 3D printed Focal midrange adapters for the door speakers. They fabricated a harness just like mine to plug into the NIT. At the time of this install, I hadn't yet designed an F8 spider enclosure, so they had to make their own. Note that they chose not to tear into the dash to upgrade any speakers. FYI I now have hyper directional tweeter pods for the F8 and 488 that hold the Focal Utopia Beryllium tweeters. My 3D printed midrange adapters already work with the Focal Utopia midrange drivers. These are generally regarded as the best car stereo component speakers on the planet. I had hesitated working on tweeter pods for the Utopias because they are so large, I thought they would look stupid. However, one of my F8 customers wouldn't take no for an answer, so we rendered it up in CAD and, surprisingly, it actually looks pretty good. Designing 458 pods shortly. I have the HIFI JBL system in mine and HAD never turned it on for past 2 years that I owned it... BUT, driving up for Thanksgiving with my girl and she turned it on..... and HOLY SH*T!!!! It sounds AMAZING lol..... like really good... WAY better than my Porsche or Jeep or anything else I've had... I was impressed.

I have an upgrade kit I could sell for cheap. Had in my f8 but pulled in when I sold it. Sub, focal tweeters set in carbon, amp etc. pm me if interested…will sell for deal as I don’t need it and I am rebuilding my house so no room
