Hi all, Im new to F8 ownership. Brand new F8 with 54 miles. Came home to a beeping noise that occurs every 60 seconds. Single beep. Battery tender has been connected to the car since delivery. Light on the tender is green. No other lights are on the car. All doors are closed. I tried disconnecting the tender and the beeping persists. Any ideas what this could be and how I can get rid of it? The issue just started. Could it be a bad battery? thanks again for your help.
Did you park it in neutral or with the hand brake off for example ? As a last resort you could go all twentieth century and RTFM
Did the beeping stop? I noticed the beeping today too (took me a while to figure out the beeping was coming from the car). It hasn’t done this in the past. Nothing is left on. It’s a single beep coming from the rear of the car every 30 seconds. I started the car, moved it around a bit and the beeping continued with the engine running (battery was reading 13.4v on the dash). I’m letting it chime away right now, if the weather clears up I’ll take it out later.
