I'm at the end of my wits and the sound is driving me insane. It gets louder when turning.
Car is a head turner for all the wrong reasons. Bought it 2nd hand and the issue became apparent maybe three days into the ownership.

I sent the car to the Ferrari service center, and they told me that no unusual sound was detected.

You be the judge, video attached. FYI I'm not even touching the brake pedal, other than on the ramps down.

I don’t hear anything other than some weird clunking sound and the tires squealing on the smooth concrete…. If you’re talking about the VERY high pitched squeak (like a whistle), that’s not the ‘brake squeal’ that ceramic brakes do…. THIS sounds like a rock or debris wedged in between your pads and rotors… blow them out with compressed air or power washer or both.

Could be debris, could be glazed pads. Squeal happens when brake pedal is not depressed. When you touch pedal slightly if brake noise increases I’d vote stone/debris, if it goes away I’d go with an issue with the pad surface. If the latter go do some hard braking (but do what Todd suggested and check for debris first)

Ps. Can you tell whether it is occurring on 1 or more corner? 1 corner = debris, more than one = pad issue

The noise increases if I touch the pedal slightly. In practice, what would be the best way to clean the brakes out? Do I need to take the wheels off?

I'm not 100% sure if it's one corner, but definitely coming from the front of the car. Will check.

yes you'd need to take the wheels off, but if you get the car up on a jack or hoist and rotate each front wheel by hand you might get more clues before you take the wheels off
