Didn’t ask but Heather told me it was over list.
Heather requested that I do not post the price but she is very pleased to be contacted personally to discuss.
Very odd not to advertise the price in this market especially when dealers are listing SVJ roadsters for $900k+.
Kind of what I thought, I hate it when they don't advertise the price. What's the big deal the price is the price.
Yes, it's odd especially when there's no STO's listed for a sale in Canada. I can't speak for Heather but a used dealer out in Toronto offered $30k over list for my STO and $50k over by someone local so I assume Heather's STO is looking at similar money, maybe more if she doesn't want to post the price.
Very informative video…I personally went to see one at Broward Lambo. @cadster let’s see pics when you get her.
My STO racing gloves arrived at my dealer, I'll be picking them up on Sat. Interested to see what they look like. Image Unavailable, Please Login
I would advise wearing them when you drive your STO. These steering wheels are quite susceptible to oils from the human hand and it degrades the surface rapidly. Anyone who thinks you’re silly for wearing them doesn’t have to be a passenger in the car (pre-emptive response, lol).
I dunno…I had my Performante for 3.5 years and my steering wheel was brand new when I traded it in. I think YMMV. In fairness, I always washed my hands before I drove.
Agree, same in the Superleggera, had to "refurbish" the steering wheel and now I always wear glows even though it looks silly when you're not tracking
Call me crazy but I cut a tiny piece of microfiber that I wrap around the steering wheel. It protects the steering wheel from oils and dirt.
The reason I brought this up is that, even at dealers I’ve seen quite a few that didn’t age well. - at all. When I inquired about getting a leather one for the STO, I was told it’s not an option. So, I’ll wear gloves or wrap the wheel like @SLDriver.
Growing up, my mother had all our living room furniture covered in plastic. Over the years, it remained pristine. However, lying on a plastic covered sofa was anything but comfortable.
So here's the STO gloves. Good quality, fit amazing and overall a nice gift. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
I don’t see an SFI/FIA certification tag. Nomex is also absent from the materials list. Strange because they are full length… might be karting gloves?
I believe these gloves are meant as gift/novelty collectors item and serve no actual purpose like using them for the track.
