    I’m going for the standard then upgrading to what Scuderia Audio has for the amp, sub, tweeters and door speakers. A little less than the premium upgrade but a lot more in sound quality…I would think. Never had the premium but did the above on my 488. Definitely doing the full radar and laser blocking William. Not set on which one yet.

    Andy,

    I have the Escort Ci360 on the 458, and the install and system are great. It’ll sniff out radar around blind mountain corners and detect laser for miles. I opted for three laser sensors in the front (none in the rear). The local installer routed out the front black bezel a little to get a better install - looks great in and out.

    There are others out there, and Escort was not the least nor most expensive, but it consistently gets great reviews. Definitely pay attention to the quality of installation. I’m very happy with mine.

    Thanks for the tip on the sound system. I’m leaning towards having a custom install if I find myself wanting tunes while driving the F8.

    Unlike Apple CarPlay which is most definitely not worth the money the audio upgrade is. The base system is worse than my father in law’s old 1963 Buick Riviera. I rarely use it while driving but if I am parked waiting for my spouse it comes in handy. And for a spider with the top down if you do drive and play tunes it needs to be loud. The base system merely breaks up anything above very low volume.

    I like carplay even though you still have to plug it in and the screen is small and definitely do the audio upgrade.

    I wonder if that is the smaller version of the painted shield that was mentioned previously as being an option?

    It looks that way. I like it in terms of scale too. For me the standard shield looks proper proportion on the F8 but totally wrong for something like the 812 which needs a larger one, which is why the painted looks particularly good on them. Did regular shields on my F8 but now specing my SF90 and wanted painted but not large. This may be just the solution…

    Looks similar to my spec. I did GS over full Sabbia. I had to do TM in order to get the goldrake seats:rolleyes::rolleyes:, but had to have them, as- 1) I don't like the pattern on the stock seats, and 2) when facing the front of the car, the lines of the goldrake pattern match up well with the shape/lines of the headlights.

    The wheels are flat, and I believe they are called 'corso gray'. I'm seriously thinking of having the paint fully corrected, and then doing a satin (not matte) wrap. Prancing horse on rear is brushed, a la 599 HGTE.
