So these numbers for Pista and Pista Spider equal 723. scrappy says MY 2019 but is this worldwide? North America? Production for the entire year or just a quarter? Not sure I understand as there are no dates listed on the pdf

I interpret them to be numbers for the full 2019 model year (12 months). They excluded V12 sales.

So only 723 Pista and Pista spiders worldwide or NA?

NA, although the cover page of the full document refers to an EPA response deadline of April 2018. These are therefore only projections as of about a year ago.

So safe to assume 723 Pistas 2019 MY and roughly the same 2020 MY- so 1500 Pista and Pista spiders total in the US. Considering US is about 60% of total production (don’t know just guessing) puts total Pista production worldwide at right around 2500 units.

I thought US is generally 30% of global production...

Q1-2019- 2610 cars shipped. Projections for 2019 = 11,500 - 12000 units. By 2021, expected car production to hit 14,500. The old Ferrari merchandizing model is history. Only the LE cars will be immune to depreciation and maintain or increase in value. All regular production will depreciate in line with all the other super car manufacturers.

The 488 coupe/spider will not exist for 2020 MY so production will be shifted to the Pista and F8.

F8 will be in ramp up mode so I expect that they will be heavier on Pista production (relatively speaking) so total 2020 MY Pista deliveries to NA should be more than 2x the 2019 figure.

Would be great if someone has the equivalent document for 2020 MY to confirm.

Correct that 488 not being produced for 2020 MY but there are 488s being produced in 2019 CY as they wrap up production.

Yes - a similar sheet would be nice for 2020.

I think it's unlikely that any 488's are produced past August where the 2020 MY starts. Production for the sport series V8's should therefore shift exclusively to the Pista with F8's ramping up through the fall. Q3 and Q4 should be heavy Pista production months if my assumptions are accurate.

Yes agree. So you and I are on the same page.

Q1 & Q2- wrap up 488 production- Pista being produced
    Q3 - only Pista production
Q4 -wrap up Pista and begin F8 production

I haven’t heard that Pista production will end in Q4. I understood it to be a full model year for 2020. Where did you get this information from?

I can't quote a source per say but have read it here on the boards numerous times. Pista production will end in Q4 2019 due to GPF issues that must be fitted in future cars. Whether this is true or not I dont know- but this has been posted numerous times by numerous people here.

F8 and SF90 are totally different stories.
There are other occasions one can feel being plucked. Not at all with the SF90.
Just go for either one. It’s up to you.
