Thanks to the FAA and their MilComp program, I now have a commercial, rotary wing, instrument rating license. Now to buy a helicopter...

Very Nice. Did you have to take the written FAA test? When I converted mine after flight school I had to take the written.

Congrats! What helios are you looking at?

Yes it was a half day class and then a 50 question test. $200 later I was finished. I'm rated in the Bell 206 and the Sikorsky S70 (civilian version of Blackhawks). I was actually joking about buying a rotary wing. The running costs are ridiculous unless you have a school and give lessons or you don't own it the company does. I did have an idea of buying a Bell 222 and making a limo service to the stars with it. Open bar in the back, led lighting, leather seating, etc. Great way for a sports star, rapper, whoever to make an entrance.

Don't forget a stripper pole...you might even be able to find a way to get the pole to spin around too!
