Hi I’m trying to understand the difference between the two Fabio headers for 575s. Is it a early/late model issue or air recirculation add on or something else.
When I ordered mine for my 550 it was something to do with the EGR or emissions...I chose to remove it if I recall correctly.
Thank you. If I recall correctly, you have not had any issues with warning lights either, despite removing the EGR? How did you go about removing the EGR system?
Can I get clarification on what is happening? I have a very late 575 and have Fabio's complete system and have been getting errors from Day 1. Replaced two rear sensors and now am getting an "unidentified error code". I will be getting with Fabio on it shortly however any background info will help. He has been very supportive throughout this process... My mechanic is very skilled albeit frustrated and doesn't want to start replacing ignition cables or injectors prematurely. Car seems to be running fine. Much appreciated.
That may be the $1m question. I willl check my invoice and let you know. I purchased it about 2. 1/2 yrs ago
I believe the difference is 010201 headers have attachment ports for the secondary air injection system, 010202 headers do not. The secondary air injection system activates when you start a cold engine to help heat up the cats.
Fabio has 2 versions of manifolds for 550/575 - with sec air system This system is good for 550 and 575 without faults - without sec air system This system runs without faults only at the 550 He said that the 575 without sec air system causes faults, so I believe that he don't sell the system without sec air to any 575 owner. Only at the 550 this system runs without any faults which I can guarantee because I have this installed since 1,5 years without any problem. Daniel
It was confirmed for me that on the 575 I received the correct header, as stated above. He only sells that one type for a 575

That would make sense as to why I went without sec air system on my 550. I think I recall him telling me that it is fine on 550 as well.
