Both the sticky guys can take your blank switch, which has not guts, and convert it to a two position switch. Fabio's remote is so small, I just keep it in the cubby behind the ashtray. Incidentally, my new Trevor Motronic ECUs and OEM HGTC TCU are in 135171 now. Quite a difference in power and shifting speed and smoothness.
@DZ-96 I actually bought another set of special silencers from Fabio as the straight pipes were way too loud!

I finally took delivery of my 575 after a 2+ year wait for an EAG conversion. Full Fabio setup: headers Cats H pipe Valves Mufflers The valve operation was supposed to be programmed through the sport switch but I do not believe that this is functioning properly. It seems as though the valves are closed by default and do not open even under load. The goal was to use a custom exhaust switch installed in line with the rest of the switches by the AC Panel. Fabio designed a custom module that he is using on his car. EAG explained to me that the configuration was causing check engine lights w/o any codes (resolved by resetting the console )…thus the decision to tie the valves to the sport switch. I’ve got her scheduled to go in the shop next week to attempt to resolve. Any advice / guidance would be appreciated! Thanks in advance! Dan
Yes its true, however also discuss with me your options as I've now been integrating a software exhaust valve controller into the calibration of the ecu's driving modes too. You literally can then just leave it in normal driving mode and I calibrate it to be quieter (quiet mode, relaxed driving/cruisng) and opening of valves very late in the cycle (so its closed most of the time) and then in the new 'sport/race' mode you get valves open and much more assertive driving mode with entirely different character altogether, more aggressive sharper torque requests and more power. Either open all the time or open with low % of throttle actuation, so you can sit at traffic lights and the split second you floor it they open. This is entirely configurable and personalized so discuss exactly what you want and we can alter the settings. The calibrations also ofcourse can work with the controller to if you want total flexibility to override the ecu behavior too.

After a VERY LONG wait I have finally gotten my 1998 550 back with Fabio race headers (no cats), larini X-pipe and Tubis. It is an understatement to say Fabio's products "wake up" the car. Fabio's products "transform" the car. I can drive this car GT across country or I can make it a full on naturally aspirated V12 F1 car.
