I think both companies likely make fantastic products. If we are comparing their manifolds to OEM, wow, what a difference.

I might go with Nouvalari simply because they are a quality product, as I just purchased a Nouvalari Sport exhaust for my F 355. I think it was the best sounding car at the FCA spring rally, as did others at the rally.
Unfortunately I now have a cracked LH manifold at 16,500 miles. So it's time to replace the manifolds with Nouvalari, since Glenn has been a big help when it came to helping me choose the right exhaust for my car. They are more affordable as well. I might get them ceramic coated to keep temps down...but here is a question:

Should you or should you not coat the inside of the headers, and for what reason????

 

I would get these and maintain that great 355 sound. I have heard some aftermarket headers lower the pitch:
