Facility Manager Position

Anyone interested in or know someone who might be interested in a position as the facility manager of a high end active storage facility in the Hamptons for exotics and classics?

Maintenance:
Ensure facility is kept clean inside and outside
Office, Bathroom, Lounge area: Dust, vacuum, clean whenever / wherever necessary.
Maintain supplies in bathroom. Toiletries and cleaning supplies.
Maintain order in stock room shelves. Update supplies as needed.
Reorder/refill fax machine printer when needed.
Epoxy floors, sweep and mop when necessary. Depending on how busy
mopping of the floor is usually required every week.

Maintain member database with current info.
Maintain member start and expiration term database.
Maintain database for leads.
Maintain vehicle maintenance chart

Hook up battery trickle chargers to vehicles. Make sure connected properly. Check trickle charger units once a week.

Sell facility at all times
Make phone calls to perspectives
Return calls to perspectives
Meet with possible new members.
Set up times and meetings to show them the facility and explain how the facility functions.
Go over contract with perspectives.
Fill out invoices
Arrange payment and collect payments. For membership and for all extra services.
Hand out mini "flyers".
Put on interesting/collectable cars in area.
Help arrange vehicle maintenance schedules. Inspections, Oil changes and services.
Oversee and manage restorations of member’s cars
install new registration stickers at owners request.
Dust vehicles every 2 weeks using California Duster.
Help arrange vehicles to be transported to owners homes, business or functions.
Operate and drive pick-up and trailer for car delivery and placement

Go to Post Office and check P.O. box once a week at least.

Make sure all lights are functional and not blown out. If so replace.
Ensure facility flooring is always dry.

Fill out revenue chart daily/weekly/monthly
Fill out extra services chart.

Collect property/business bills/invoices, forward to CFO for payment

 

The salary is 45-50k with no benefits.
