Has anyone cleaned their factory car cover? If so, did you wash it or take it to cleaners?

I took mine to the laundromat and threw it in one of those large, industrial machines and used some tide. It came out great and smelled fresh ! I actually thought about using it as a blanket or a fitted sheet. I just hung it up outside to dry. I'm sure you can run it at a low setting in the dryer

Big Laundromat machines will be fine. However, I would *not* use a dryer sheet or fabric softener. Whatever chemical they put into those things will cause the cover to leave blotchy marks on the car. (The marks can be removed with quick detailer.... but its inconvenient and frustrating).

I have washed them several times with no real problems. They take forever, and 2 days, to dry properly on a very low/delicate heat.

Washed it at home in my own washing machine. Spot cleaned it with Shout. Came out amazing! All stains/black marks gone.
