Love the new 430 and love I-Pod option. However, cannot get music on my created playlist to shuffle. If I manually scoll to shuffle on I-pod "wheel" and then attach to radio, shuffle option is not available, since radio takes over and has no shuttle option. I see on media menu option,"album mix" or "track mix",but these seem to apply to CD changer which I do not have.
I think the only solution for me would be to shuffle songs when creating a playlist and then play this shuffled list in normal sequence.
    Any suggestions from our I-Podophiles?

    Thanks.

PS: I know best music is"roar" of engine, but I like recorded music, sometimes.

No. Only the adapter is OEM. You have to buy your own I-pod. I had mine in silver and monogrammed my name and F-430. looks pretty cool.

It's just an i-pod attached to a plug, laying in the glovebox. No rattling noted.
it's linked to new radio-navigation system in current model year.
