I searched but could not find a picture of what the factory F430 rear fog light looks like on the Euro models. My car is a US model and, as such, does not have it. I am wondering of it's integrated into the existing 4 round tail lamps or is it down low in the center mesh screen vent? I ask because the row of switches to the left of the steering column on my car has a blank which I is filled by a rear fog light switch on RoW cars. I am betting the wiring is there behind the blank. Thanks in advance.

    The taillights are wired differently.

The factory fog is the same as your inner light used for brake. What is different is the harnesses on the tail lights. They are wired differently and have added the connection to the fog light wire. The Euro fog is the US stop.
I believe Ferrari put out 4 different part numbers for essentially the same tail lights
