Factory selection for Enzo

After hearing about the selected few who got to buy the Enzo or FXX , I was wondering if anyone could shed light on the cut off point. I know they went by dealer relationship, # of cars owned and those that you currently own and maybe other factors. What kind of #'s are we talking about? I am curious about this. If there is another thread about this then point me to it. Thanks
