I noticed a couple of weeks ago that the passenger door wasn't quite closing all the way. I was going to get it looked at during the next annual service as it's only slightly ajar.

So of course, the first time I get caught out in the rain the top doesn't work anymore because the doors have to be shut for it to work.

Do I have to reassemble the door just to see if this is why the top is not funcitoning. It works fine on emergency mode with the panel behind the seat. I'd hate to spend a ton on a door latch mechanism only to find out a simple adjustment could take care of it.

BTW: Telling your good customer that you have to leave in the middle of his event because "the rain is getting in your Ferrari" may be the single biggest a**hole thing a man can say.

    Thanks for any advice.

Don't you just use the emergency overide switch behind the seat ?

The emergency overide works fine. BUt sicne my top had never failed before I didn't know where the switch was. Now I do.

Just wondering about a way to test the circuit and find out if my problem is merely a door latch adjustment. It seems silly to start replacing expensive parts one at a time in hopes of stumbling on the right combo.
