Anyone on here know how to take a Realplayer video file (AVI file) and convert it to a Windows Media file so I can burn it to DVD. I'm far from an expert at computers and figured one of you guys could give me a quick lesson. I did some searches but have not had much luck. Thanks in advance.

Burn it to a DVD ... alright, but a DVD to be played on TV? The basic DVD player?
If so, odds are you need a DVD authoring program. On my home desktop, I have found some good software ... I'll check when I get back.

I usually use my Xbox 360 to play my DVD's. My girlfriend has downloaded this Carmen Electra Strip Tease workout video she is wanting to put on a DVD to work out to. You guys got to watch that thing man!!!!

Xbox uh? mmmh ... I dunno, maybe you could get away with just burning to a DVD as an AVI ...

The DVD authoring program I was talking about earlier is NeroVision Express SE. Now I remember I had some issues with it (making huuuuuge files and eventually stopping for lack of HD space), and ended up using VSO's DivX to DVD (iirc).
NeroVision is the official stuff, you can make your first screen, menus, background, etc. Worth giving a shot.
