    Fall color tour, approx 150 miles over mostly 2 lane paved [ no dirt or gravel ].
    Leaving Ann Arbor approx 9. 30 am, returning approx 3 hours later. Sat, Oct 22. Put on by Points and Condenser Preservation Society LLC of Ypsilanti. Price of $30 per person includes continental breakfast and catered lunch. Open to all makes of sports cars, usually have 30-40 cars, including some Ferraris.     Dave, I RSVP'd yesterday and I'm sending out my check today!

    For any of you in the area who have not gone out on either the spring or fall drive, you should seriously give it a shot sometime. I've only been on two drives so far (the color tour last year, and the spring drive this year) and each time there was a unique mix of cars, great people, excellent roads, and fun time rain or shine!

    Mike have a good time first one I will miss sold my car to fellow in LA, California. I am Ferrai less.

    John, sorry to see you let the black beauty go. :-( She was abosutely stunning to say the least. Are you still looking for a 348 spider replacement?

    You know, you don't have to have a Ferrari to go on the color tour!

    Hello Mike I may come out for dounuts and take photo's for web site, my Buick Rendezvous would not do good on road trip. I don't know what I am going to get next may be 348, Maserati coup or C6 Corvette Z06.

    I was thinking of a drive to the Western Shore area this weekend. Maybe I can catch up with you guys somewhere en route. What is the route and ETA's at best stops??? 9:30 in Ann Arbor is a bit early for me, or I would join the trip for its entirety. :)

    Boxer 12....the route is being finalized tomorrow. We always like to check the route just before the event....learned that long ago in rallying..will let you know. No doubt we will be going west fron A2. Call me on my cell tomorrow nite if convenient.

    hey everyone, were in ann arbor are the cars gathering/leaving from i would like to come down because i was planing on going to uofm this weekend anyway. sadly i will have to use my old camera as my good one is getting fixed but owell.

    Boxer 12: if you want to join the color tour enroute, I would suggest the intersection of MI 60 & Reynolds Rd around noon. There is a gas station at that corner. The intersection is in the proximity of Spring Arbor. Any ?, Dave @ 313 304 1009.

    Boxer 12....the colors were not spectacular but they were decent....hopefully the rain will hold off until later in the day. That's the forecast anyway. Rain or shine my Boxer will be there. Also, a new FCA member, Igor Tarducci, will be there with his new [to him ] 328. Hope to see you tomorrow.

    WOW, we had the best run ever! Over 40 cars, including 6 Ferraris. 1 348, 2 328, 1 308 & 1 Boxer and a 330 GT 2+2. Neil Ressler was there with a new Ford GT, David E & JLK Davis showed up with a Sting Ray convert, even a quick TR7 with the top down. No rain, actually a nice day, cool enough for the cars to run great. Breakfast & lunch was expertly catered By Catherine's Catering from Ann Arbor. The food was fabulous! We completed the 148 mile run in about 3 hours with no incidents.
    Hope you can make it to one of our runs next year

    Dave,

    Do you have any photos to share? I would have gone if I hadn't sold my Cobra. Hope to have a new toy this spring. Then maybe I can make it next fall.

    Yes show photo"s please, same here sold my ferrari hopefully will have something new next spring. I was hoping for a ride but didn't happen.

    I second that! What a day! Eh hem, I believe there was a 348 with the top down too!!!

    I brought my camera and neglected to get it out and take pictures. :-(

    What I day, I can't wait until the spring drive!!!
