the police saw the vid but could do nothing about it because they were not caught in action but they did not got in trouble
that's interesting... cause in poland one guy owning a subaru impreza (about 20 years old) was spinning and speeding in the city centre... and a friend of his was filiming it from inside. you couldn't even see the face of the driver. despite that, he was caught and taken the driving licence
