Fantastic meal in Vegas - Try Botero at Wynn Encore

The wife and I snuck out of town for a few days last week without the kids and stayed at the Wynn Encore. We were looking for something different to eat and I did not get many suggestions in my previous thread. So we took a leap of faith and ate inside the hotel cuz the wife's feet were killing her from walking in 4" heels all day.

We chose Botero - an AWESOME steakhouse.

I am a bit of a steak purist, but you have to try their steaks with Chimichirri Sauce. I hope I am spelling that right. It is an herb sauce they put on right as the steak is finished cooking. OH MAN it is good.

I also had a great sushi appetizer, and the wife had a shortrib ravioli with a cream sauce and a little cabernet reduction on the side. It was honestly one of the best things I have EVER eaten.

Needless to say, next time we are in town we are going back!
