    Yes, in the early 1990s, I attended a couple of them. I remember it well because on both occasions, the Bay area group didn't want my car to be allowed inside because I drove from the San Joaquin Valley and wasn't part of their goddam caravan. Gil Nickel, a consummate gentleman and host, told them to open the gate for me! Thanks Gil, and RIP.

    I am SURE it wasn't the FOG group but more than likely the FCA local eh? Not a fan myself....

    I went many times with FCA and was not part of the caravan. Never had a problem.

    Maybe an attitude problem on someone's part??

    Cars were not kept out provided you told them you were an FCA member. Parking area was wide open.

    I also took part in several FCA events. No problem with my Ferrari, but when i showed up one time wit my Porsche 911 Turbo, I was told to park outside among other brand x cars.

    FOG doesn't go back as far as the '90s. Anyway, Gil was a gem. One of his cars lives on in the garage of one of my friends.
