Fast food in your fast cars?????

No food or drinks allowed in my Ferrari! That's the rule...plus, no cup holder.

 

dont have a ferrari, but for my nova, which i prize as highly as i would any ferrari, except an enzo, no fast food unless it stay in the bag, and no drinks unless they are 20oz bottles and can seal...

 

Most of the time at a drive thru, the young people do not know anything about cars. Many cannot get a driver’s license in this state. Legal question.

I have had a few who know it is a Ferrari but have no idea it is not the common one.

The only problem is the speed bump. It sometimes touches my bottom, which is not good, but one must eat.

No food in the F-cahhh. However, I still can't shake a stop at Sonic. Shaded parking, no chance of a door ding and it certainly can be supervised from a distance. Dane

Only problem with the drive-thus is that the windows are too high. Gotta stretch to get the supercombo into the car

 

I saw a silver 355 at my local Burger King several years back. I was just a kid at the time, so I did not think anything of it, but now that I think back on it, it was actually pretty cool. I don't know if I'm the only one who feels this way or not, but I compare Ferrari owners to celebrities. It is just hard to imagine that someone you see on TV eats at the same places you and I eat. The same with a Ferrari owner. It is hard to imagine that I walk amongst the Ferrari owners more often than I realize and don't even know it. Years ago I had it in my head that Ferrari owners must only eat at the 5 star restaurants and leave $100 tips, but in the past couple of years I have come to realize that I could not have been further from the truth. I'm going to stop my rambling here.

I took my TR through Taco bell and the kid said "that can't be real, no one around here would drive one of those." Drrrr. How bout the Range Rover three cars back that cost 10k more?!?!?!

Then I took it through runza and the girl said "that little car makes a lot of noise."

 

Yes, I like to descend from "on high" to walk among the mortals every once and awhile. You know, just to keep it real. NOT.

Never mind the $30K Honda Odyssey in the drive thru that costed more than my 308.... Dane

 

The Countach is the best for this..one must open the door, and looks and comments are pricless.

 

Stop all the time....but never used the drive-through...you know what Joe Pesci says..."always get F-ed in the drive through..."

Very common sight here in Bangkok as when we get together we love sipping coffee and watching our ferraris.

Arbys, Taco bell, and Wendys in both Ferrari's. its just a car.


went to Vinnies Pizza downtown last night in the Historic area. parrallel parked the GTB between to " normal " cars. the people sitting down outside stopped eating, drinking and talking. i did hear one woman complain about the fuel smell from the carbs when trying to feather the clutch in reverse to back in. i heard the guy she was with comment about " its a freaking Ferrari, who cares how it smells from back here ! "

Where is Darth550 when we need him?

Where's that old picture of him eating the big disgusting burger from In-n-Out in the 550? The old timers probably remember it --- with all that cheese dripping out !!

 

While I don't do the drive through, I prefer to stop at the "sonic" type places where I can grab a snack sit and chill while I look at the the car.

I have always thought the outside of the car looks better than the inside, and the inside is the only part that you can see while driving.

 

I don't eat in any of my cars, Ferrari or otherwise. I do go to Starbucks all the time, though, and I have been to the drive-thru window at my bank-- does that count?

 

I once had a friend accompany me to a body building show I was competing in under the condition she would pick up her son in Atlanta for the summer. We met her ex the next day w/ boy. He informed us that the kid had been puking all morning. I made her keep the kid on the floor in the RX-7 all the way home & wouldn’t let her give him anything but water. Scary.

 

I have gone thru many but I cannot even remember the last comment. I think because my car is black it stands out just a tad less.

 

Nobody eats much in any of my cars. I do have one cup holder for myself in the Miata.

 

But it doesn't stink any less. That grease thing lasts. Blk/Blk here too & no food or drink allowed.

 

HAVE NO FEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THE SUPERBURGER IS HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
