Did you really need to go see it to figure out it was going to be a total bomb? Lets be serious here...

I hope you had a hot date and somebody paid you to attend that preview, or you at least got some "special attention" during the "private screening."

The guy who helps put that movie together is on the forums. His name is Craig Lieberman, he added alot of input on the other ones and behind the screen info that was very interesting. IMO worst movies ever, they completely destroyed the import image.

 

I can appluad the effort, but thats like trying to help a crippled man walk; you can only do so much.

 

so is there a technical diff between the tuner and import crowds or are they pretty much the same?

 

I always interpreted tuner as the car is actually built with performance in mind. Import as I have always taken it is merely for looks.

Last time I saw Craig he was rolling around in a yellow Lambo, was he a tech. adviser on this film as well?

How was the driving. I heard Rhys Millen did most of the stunt driving for the film.

 

Im surprised they made 3 when 2 bombed out. Theyll turn a profit on cable and DVD sales like most of these movies. I cant imagine the budget was huge.

 

Does Vin Diesel still live a quarter mile at a time? That's the only question I could think of.............

He's just living it a lot slower now because he is incorporating sliding back and forth into his drag racing.

my good friend is in this movie and I know the cast so I cant say anything but I think it was good.

He was DK in the movie and I thought he played his role well

I think the import image destroyed itself.

 

Never saw Smokey and the Bandit 2 or 3, did you? I saw an interview with the lead lady from 3 and even she said it sucked.
