Oil change on my 348, is it best to warm the motor before changing the oil?

I've always contended that yes, you should have the oil warm.

Having the oil warm gets all the impurities, abrasives and other chemical crap disturbed and suspended within the fluid. If you leave it stone cold then a lot of that stuff stays settled and it won't get changed out when you remove the old oil.
